Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please read the information below.
Returns Window
• You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused
• In original packaging
• In a resaleable condition
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used lash products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this quickly.
How to Request a Return
